Intimacy Survey for People with Advanced Breast Cancer

METAvivor is a nonprofit organization dedicated to metastatic breast cancer (MBC) awareness, research, and support.

As part of this effort, METAvivor developed a project to explore the diverse problems and challenges people with MBC (also known as advanced breast cancer) have regarding sexual and emotional intimacy. In addition to detailing issues and concerns among these patients, the project aims to learn about lesser known challenges and extenuating circumstances as well as the ways in which patients handle problems with sexual and emotional intimacy.

If you have been diagnosed with with advanced metastatic breast cancer, please consider participating in this anonymous survey by clicking here.

The results of the survey will be discussed at the Advanced Breast Cancer Consensus Conference 4 in Lisbon, Portugal on 2-4 November 2017. Patients from all over the world will be in attendance.

[Please note that “MBC” has been consistently used in the METAvivor survey to identify breast cancer that has metastasized.]
